• Automation: Aligned with our sustainable machining automation, our CMM’s also automate inspection processes, saving time.

5. Photometric Testing:

• Utilising opto-electronic projection, which enables the measurement of all common round part geometry including small intricate forms like radii and angles this non-contact technology enables MCS to perform such measurements with speed, flexibility, and accuracy.

6. Sustainable Aqueous Component Cleaning:

• Environmentally Friendly: Aqueous cleaning is more environmentally sustainable than solvent-based cleaning processes. It reduces or eliminates the use of hazardous chemicals and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which can be harmful to both human health and the environment. As a result, it helps MCS comply with environmental regulations and reduces our carbon footprint.
